Everything made it easy for use on your wrist: - Provides timer for beginner to practice JingZhuo, and Qigong, helps you conquer the chaotic mind and sense of urgency in life. - Follow along with your workout from your wrist. Get details about your workout stats in real-time on your Apple Watch. - Integration with Apple Health: add the details of your workout, like duration and calories burned, to your Apple Health Application. - Provide Lap when you practice Taolu, so you know the time you spend one each repetition.
