欧洲模式需要配合收银24.3以上版本使用，标准模式正常使用 1. 支持第三名称 2. 支持菜品分类滑动（全量加载） 3. 标准模式下修改菜品默认按ID排序，支持优先级（去除名称和助记词排序） 4. 普通菜品在菜单界面增加加减数量按钮（平板设置中需要勾选显示菜品已点数量） 5. 修改菜单中带加减号的菜品右上角不再显示已点数量 6. 平板管理页中员工查看桌台已点菜品支持显示菜品名称2（跟随餐饮宏50设置，更改宏需要重启平板服务） 7. 优化欧洲模式人数同步问题 8. 优化过敏源显示位置
