Store description excerpt

Note: an Apple Watch is required to record scores. One tap. One stroke. That's the whole app. Stop pulling your phone out of your pocket to keep score. Tap the button on your wrist and the stroke is counted. You never need to touch your iPhone during a round. ■ The usual golf app complaints, answered · Scoring is behind a paywall → Every feature, from the first tap · Battery dies before 18 → No GPS tracking while you play · Rounds sometimes vanish → Stored on device, and yours to export · Your old watch isn't supported → Works on Series 4 and later · Ads on every round → No ads. Not one. ■ Your rounds are yours to keep Nothing is sent to a server or to iCloud — but if you lose the phone, you lose the rounds. So the iPhone app can export everything to a single file, any time. · A backup file — open it on your new iPhone when you switch · A CSV scorecard — open it in Excel or Numbers Restoring never deletes what you already have. ■ No ads. No in-app purchases. No subscription You won't be asked to upgrade at the start of every round. Nothing is held back behind a paywall. Every feature is there from the first tap. ■ The watch is enough You don't need your iPhone to keep score. Leave it in your bag or on the cart and play all 18 holes from your wrist. It works the same on a course with no signal, or in airplane mode. ■ Fast, and impossible to get wrong One button fills most of the screen — big enough to hit with a glove on, while walking. Only four controls in total. Miss? Undo takes back exactly the last tap: the stroke if it was a stroke, the putt if it was a putt. ■ Putts counted at the same time Tap the putt button and it adds a stroke and a putt together. You will never have to reconstruct your putt count after the round. ■ All 18 holes on your wrist Swipe up for the full scorecard. Strokes are printed large, so you can read your position while walking. The hole you are on scrolls to the middle automatically. Tap any earlier hole to fix strokes, putts or a penalty. ■ Open all the way round The round is recorded as a golf workout, so the app keeps running while you walk between holes. Raise your wrist and your score is right there. Calories and heart rate are saved too. Every tap is written to the device as it happens. Even if the app were to quit, the strokes you've already counted are still there. ■ Best and average, on your watch face Put a widget on your Apple Watch face, or on your iPhone home and lock screens. Your best score and the average of your last 20 rounds are there without opening the app. Both update themselves the moment a round ends. ■ Starting on the back nine Choose whether you start on the front or the back. Start on 10 and the app says "Hole 10", matching the marker you are standing on. Over 18 holes it runs 10 to 18, then 1 to 9. ■ Review it properly on iPhone When a round ends, it transfers to your iPhone automatically — a real screen to look through. · Total score, out/in, putts · Every hole: strokes, putts,
