Golden Island is an animated Agile learning experience that brings workplace challenges, behaviours and practical lessons to life through stories, characters and memorable tools. Explore Golden Island and meet Charlie, the curious and confident Agile Coach, alongside Smart Sonia, DevOps Dave, Transformation Tim and Wagile. Each character represents different behaviours, perspectives and challenges that teams encounter when trying to work effectively together. Watch animated episodes built around problems, confusion, clues, choices and insights. Rather than presenting Agile as a collection of ceremonies, frameworks and terminology, Golden Island focuses on people, behaviours, communication, collaboration, feedback and the decisions that influence how teams really work. Discover locations across Golden Island, including the Feedback Wall, Charlie’s Corner, the Kanban Walk and Golden Square. Each location represents a behavioural shift. The Feedback Wall demonstrates the importance of fast and honest feedback. Charlie’s Corner focuses on clarity and challenging questions. The Kanban Walk makes workflow and bottlenecks visible. Golden Square explores alignment between business, technology, quality and the customer. The app also introduces the distinctive Golden Island tools used throughout the stories. These include Retrospective Gum, Feedback Spray, Communication Pill, Collaboration Medicine, the Challenge Machine, Empathy Belt, Adaptable Vest, Flexibility Hat, Growth Gel and Sympathy Gloves.
