German grammar, A1, taught one topic at a time. Twenty-two topics cover the whole A1 syllabus — from the alphabet and the umlauts to the Perfekt, the Dativ and reflexive verbs. Each one is a short lesson you read, tap through, and then practise, with the German recorded so you hear it before you use it. This app has no affiliation or connection whatsoever with the Goethe-Institut. This app was developed by indie mobile app developer Melih FIRAT. The learning materials were prepared by Melih FIRAT. WHAT'S INSIDE • 22 topics across A1.1 and A1.2, in the order a course teaches them • Clear tables for articles, pronouns, cases, plurals and verb forms • 800 recorded audio clips — tap a letter, word or sentence to hear it • Three to four graded exercises in every topic • Gap fills you drag or tap, listening drills, word-order puzzles, gender sorting (der/die/das), reading questions and an end-of-topic exam • Progress saved per topic, so you always know where you stopped SIX LANGUAGES, ONE GERMAN Read the explanations in English, German, Turkish, Italian, Spanish or French. Only the explanation changes language — the German being taught stays German.
