The Great Pyramid, or the pyramid of Khufu, is the only remaining monument from the Seven Wonders of the World. It is located in the Giza Pyramids area in Egypt, registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The construction of the pyramid dates back to about 2560 BC, as it was constructed as a cemetery for the fourth family pharaoh Khufu and continued to be built for a period of 20 years. The construction of the Great Pyramid is a major cultural transformation in the history of ancient Egypt, and Khufu was influenced by his father, King Snefru, in building his pyramid. After his death, Khufu became the ruling deity on the ground, and it became necessary for him to consider building his tomb, which is the first national project in ancient Egypt, which was co-built by professional workers from all over Egypt. The largest pyramid, with its original height of 148 meters, remained the tallest human-completed building on Earth over 3,800 years.
