Get Community Mail is the free companion app for members of communities that send their announcements through GetCommunityMail — homeowners associations, neighborhood groups, congregations, and sports clubs. If your community already emails you its notices, this app puts that same mail somewhere you can actually search. YOUR ARCHIVE, NOT A FEED Your archive is built from real delivery records, so it shows only the mail genuinely sent to you. Browse or search every announcement, event invitation, and poll, each labeled as an announcement, event, or poll. READ AND RESPOND IN ONE PLACE Messages open exactly as they were sent to you. RSVP to an event, vote in a poll, open an attachment, or update your mailing preferences — without digging back through your inbox. DOCUMENTS Read the documents your organization has published, such as bylaws, meeting minutes, and notices, based on the lists you belong to. GROUPS See which mailing lists you're on across every community you're part of. OPTIONAL NOTIFICATIONS Turn on notifications to hear when a new announcement goes out or a new document is posted. The app works fully without them. NO PASSWORD TO REMEMBER Enter your email address and we'll send you a six-digit code. There's nothing to create, forget, or reset. FREE FOR MEMBERS No in-app purchases, no advertising, no tracking. GetCommunityMail is run by your community's organizers; its members never pay. Get Community Mail is for members of communities that already use GetCommunityMail. You'll need to be on your organization's mailing list to sign in.
