Designed for freelancers, consultants, technicians and service providers, GestTemps brings client calls and jobs together in one place. Time is suggested, never imposed After an incoming or outgoing call, GestTemps displays the detected duration. Select the relevant client, adjust the time when necessary and add a job summary. You decide what should be recorded, billed or offered to the client. Three ways to track your activity • Automatic phone call detection • Manual timer for client work • Free time entry • Optional tracking of WhatsApp, Teams and Zoom calls Manage contracts and time packages For every client, you can immediately view: • time purchased; • time used; • time remaining; • any overrun; • the contract expiry date; • the complete job history. Use GestTemps to invoice time worked or to check whether the time spent on a client remains consistent with the fees agreed in the contract. Clear supporting records Generate PDF reports, export data as CSV and keep a detailed history including dates, start and end times, recorded duration, job type and summary. Web Manager with GestTemps Premium From a desktop browser, access your clients, contracts, entered revenue, time used and items requiring attention. The client dashboard clearly presents purchased, used and remaining time. You can share it through a secure link without requiring the client to create an account. Your data stays under your control Your data can remain stored locally on the device. Premium features also provide encrypted backups, server synchronisation, restoration and Google Drive backup. An account is required to use GestTemps. Some features, including Web Manager, advanced exports, the client portal and cloud backups, require a GestTemps Premium subscription.
