GestionMX is not an official government application, does not belong to any federal, state, or municipal agency, and does not represent any government entity. The app is a consultation and payment tool for the municipalities that subscribe to the platform; procedures, notices, and amounts with official validity should always be consulted on the official website of the corresponding municipality. GestionMX brings together your municipality's services in a single app. Upon opening it, it detects your municipality via GPS and adjusts colors and available services. Login is done with Google or Apple, and your phone number is verified via WhatsApp. SERVICES FOR CITIZENS • Parking Meter — Register your vehicles, start a parking session with your GPS location, and receive alerts before your balance runs out. • Water and Property Tax — View your unified payment history and scan your receipts with the camera to automatically capture the data. • Wallet and Payments — Top up your balance and pay your municipal services with Stripe directly from the app. • Garbage Collection — Check the route and schedule for your area and set alerts on the map. When the municipality transmits the truck's location, you can track it and receive notifications if it deviates from its route or the schedule changes. • Public Transportation — View the routes, stops, and registered vehicles in your municipality, along with their last known location on the map. • Emergencies — Report an emergency with a button, open a chat with the municipal dispatch center, and notify the police officers closest to your location. GestionMX is not a substitute for 911: in a real emergency, always call 911. • AMBER Alerts and Lost Pets — Track missing persons alerts issued by the authorities and spot or report lost pets in your area. • Road Closures and Notices — Stay informed about road closures and notices posted by your municipality. TOOLS FOR MUNICIPAL STAFF GestionMX includes dedicated views for drivers, police officers, and dispatchers, with real-time radio communication, map monitoring, and field emergency management.
