Use Genetiqo Vault to: - See today's treatment routine at a glance - Keep logs, symptoms, and reminders together in Journal - Review manually entered labs and metrics in Trends - Import selected Health app trends as local metric entries - Generate an on-device Visit Brief for an appointment - Review 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, or custom date ranges - Export and share PDF or CSV reports when you choose - Add optional photo notes - Protect your journal with app lock - Export or erase local journal entries from Settings PRIVATE BY DESIGN No Genetiqo account is required. Journal entries, Health app imports, photo notes, and Visit Brief generation stay on your device. The app includes no ads or third-party analytics trackers, and Genetiqo does not sell health data.
