Gazmo Iris Ciudadano is the app that allows residents to report security incidents to their municipality and track the status of their reports. It is part of IRIS, the municipal public safety management platform. ACCESS To use the app, you need an account enabled by the municipality or institution that operates the IRIS platform in your area. FEATURES • Report an incident, indicating the type, a description, and the exact location on the map. • Attach photos as supporting evidence. • Save the report as a draft and complete it later, without losing your work. • Review the list of reports you have submitted. • View the details and status of each report, including associated images. • See incidents located on the map of your area. • Keep your contact information up to date. HOW IT WORKS When you submit a report, it arrives at the municipality's operations center, which classifies it and forwards it to the on-site security personnel. This team handles the report using the Gazmo Iris Agent app and records the outcome, which is reflected in your report's status. PERMISSIONS USED • Location: to automatically pinpoint the incident you are reporting and show you a map of your area. This is requested while the app is in use. • Camera and photos: only when you attach images to a report. A report does not replace an emergency call. In the event of an ongoing incident that puts a person's life or safety at risk, contact your country's emergency services.
