It is designed in accordance with ISO 22000, HACCP, and BRCGS requirements. GastroBlue is a registered trademark. It continuously monitors temperature values in cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas via Wi-Fi and LoRaWAN connectivity. Measured data is automatically recorded and reported online. Instant alerts are sent when predetermined threshold values are exceeded. Thus, cold chain integrity is continuously monitored, deviations are detected early, and processes are managed on a data infrastructure that is ready for auditing and traceable.
