Gantry is the field app for construction and field-service teams. The office plans the work in the Gantry web dashboard; the crew runs it from their phone — jobs, time sheets, dispatch, stock and paperwork in one place. Gantry is sold to businesses, not to individuals. You sign in with an account created by your employer's administrator, or from an invite link they send you. There is nothing to buy in the app and no way to register a new company here: company subscriptions are handled on the web at gantry.nexus. JOBS AND SITE WORK • Today's and this week's assigned jobs at a glance • Job detail with customer, site address, priority and hazard tags • Pre-check and close-out checklists, plus an adjustable completion bar • Check in and out of site; attach photos and documents • Record a voice note and convert it to text for the job log • Summarise a long job history on demand • Request a reassign or hand a job back to the queue TIME, ROSTER AND LEAVE • Clock on and off with breaks, with location captured at clock-on • Follows your company's operating days and hours • Month, week and day calendar of your jobs and shifts • Acknowledge published roster shifts • Request leave and review your own approved hours DISPATCH AND ROUTES • Live dispatch board for supervisors and dispatchers • Map of crews and job sites, with people at the same site grouped together • Add stops to a run, reorder by priority, and schedule work ahead STOCK, SUPPLIERS AND PURCHASING • Warehouse and inventory lists with bar-code scanning • Scan to check stock in or out, or to fill a bar-code field on a new item • Supplier catalogues, purchase orders, approvals and partial receipting • Bunnings PowerPass lookup and ordering, where your company has connected it FLEET • Vehicle register with bar-codes and file uploads, including dashcam footage CUSTOMERS, CONTRACTS AND INVOICING • Customer and contract records • Financial summary, and client invoices in AUD with GST MESSAGES AND ALERTS • Threaded messaging with the office and other crews • Push notifications for job assignments and edits, new messages, clock-off reminders, roster changes, leave decisions and expiring documents • Screens update live, and keep working on a poor connection BUILT AROUND HOW YOUR BUSINESS IS SET UP • Light, dark and system appearance • Your administrator controls which roles see which areas, and can switch individual features off for mobile • Each company's data is stored in its own separate database WHY WE ASK FOR PERMISSIONS • Location — recorded when you clock on and off, and used to place jobs and crews on the dispatch map • Camera — bar-code scanning and job photos • Microphone — voice notes on a job • Photo library — attaching existing photos and documents to a job • Notifications — job, message and reminder alerts Privacy Policy: https://gantry.nexus/privacy Terms of Service: https://gantry.nexus/terms Gantry is operated by Nexus Development Studio (ABN 60 156 141 569), South Australia.
