Team members can update their availability, view open shifts, and request additional work opportunities when available. **Schedules** View assigned shifts, upcoming events, and schedule updates in one place. **Availability Management** Submit and manage availability to help administrators coordinate staffing needs. **Open Shifts** Review available shifts and express interest in open opportunities directly within the app. **Gameday Tasks** Receive and complete tasks tied to your shift. Track what needs to get done before, during, and after the game so nothing gets missed. **Communication** Receive updates and operational information from administrators and coordinators. The app serves as a central location for communication between Scouting Heroes and the operations team. **Notifications** Receive notifications related to schedules, shift changes, task assignments, and other operational updates through push notifications, email, or SMS, depending on your notification preferences.
