Review portions before adding a favorite to your day. TRACK THE AMOUNT YOU ATE For supported packaged foods and readable nutrition labels, choose half a serving, one serving, the whole package or a custom amount. Review the label values and portion instead of treating every package as one serving. KEEP PROTEIN VISIBLE See your daily protein target alongside calories, carbs and fat. Follow weekly and monthly trends to understand your consistency over time. LOG YOUR STRENGTH TRAINING Choose a workout and track sets, reps, weight and rest. Review your workout summary and follow lifting progress. Finished workouts can queue on your device and sync when your connection returns.
