G-Lab Nexus is a dedicated app for the next-generation press-in machine "SX series," allowing you to configure automatic operation settings, construction monitoring, and machine settings from your device. From creating settings for each depth to checking during construction, everything can be completed within a single app. *A G-Lab account and contract, and a compatible press-in machine are required to use this app. [Main Features] ■ Cockpit (Automatic operation settings and construction monitoring) ・Depth-specific automatic operation (N1): Customize settings for each depth to achieve precise automatic operation tailored to the ground conditions. You can also load boring log diagrams and automatically create settings for each depth section according to the geological layers. - Data Analysis Automatic Operation (N2): Reads accumulated press-in management data and automatically reproduces the press-in operation. - Real-time display of measured values: Sensor values sent from the machine are plotted on a graph, allowing you to compare the entered settings with the actual movement. - You can specify the depth at which press-in stops for each section. ■ Monitor (Confirmation of construction status) - Press-in force, torque, depth, and machine tilt are displayed on one screen. - Confirm the position and orientation of piles and sheet piles in a plan view (the auger excavation position is also displayed in the hard ground clearing method). ■ Direct Settings (Direct change of machine settings) - Synchronize each setting value of the connected machine in real time. No transmission operation is required. * Changed values are reflected in the machine immediately. ■ AI Assistant * You can consult with the AI, which has learned from on-site useful materials such as instruction manuals and FAQs, about the site and the machine. * Supports voice questions and read-alouds. * You can check the documents that formed the basis of the answer on the spot. ■ Smart Connection * Simply select the machine displayed on the screen and press the button to connect. * Communicates via dedicated Wi-Fi that connects directly to the machine. G-Lab Nexus supports the stabilization of construction quality and the efficiency of on-site work with data-driven setting support and an easy-to-understand operation screen. Because settings can be built based on past construction data and columnar diagrams, it is easy to share and reproduce settings regardless of the operator's experience. 【Notes on Use】 * A G-Lab account and a G-Lab Nexus contract are required to use this application. * A compatible press-in machine is required to connect to the machine. * iOS 15.0 or later is required from this version onwards.
