Fynyx is a home inventory app for people who'd rather not explain to their insurance company what they owned from memory. Photograph everything. Organize by room. Export when it matters. WHY YOU'D WANT ONE Fire, flood, theft, a burst pipe, a moving truck that never shows. The day you need a list of your belongings is never a day you saw coming. Your insurance company will ask what you owned, what it was worth, and whether you can prove it. Most people answer from memory. Memory is terrible at this. Build the list now, while everything is still sitting where you left it. HOW IT WORKS A setup wizard pre-builds your usual rooms, so you're not staring at an empty screen wondering where to start. Add an item by photographing it — snap the picture and Fynyx names it for you — or type it in yourself if you'd rather. Attics, basements, sheds, garages, closets, and that space behind the water heater all count. Not everything you own lives in a tidy room with four walls. Record values, serial numbers, purchase dates, and warranty details. Import a receipt and Fynyx pulls the items and prices off it for you. WHEN IT ACTUALLY MATTERS One tap exports a clean PDF — photos, values, and serial numbers, organized room by room. It's the format an adjuster actually wants, not a phone gallery and a shrug. Share your inventory with trusted contacts, so someone you trust can get to it if you can't. WORKS WHERE YOU DO iPhone, Android, and Windows. Your inventory follows you across all three. No signal in the basement? It works offline and catches up when you're back. WHAT IT COSTS Free. No ads, ever. No subscription. Adding rooms, items, photos, details, and exports cost nothing at all.
