Store description excerpt

PipiFX is a demo trading app for FX beginners, with ¥1,000,000 in virtual funds. Watching a chart that follows real FX market prices, you go through the same steps as live trading, from order to close. No account, no deposit, and both demo trading and lessons are free. ■ Who it's for - Curious about FX, and want to try placing orders with virtual funds - Just opened a broker account, and want to check the steps before the first order - Want to learn the terms and read charts by placing trades - Have lost money before, and want to look at your trading habits - Planning to open an account someday, and want to know how to choose a broker and what to prepare ■ Order practice The first order you use is a market order on USD/JPY: decide whether to buy or sell at the current price, and place it. As you level up, limit and stop orders become available, along with stop-loss and take-profit. The choice of pairs, open-position slots, and the leverage cap grow little by little across 31 levels. - Currency pairs: from USD/JPY up to 16 pairs - Leverage: 1x up to 25x - Open positions: up to 8 at once The spread (the gap between the buy and sell price) is a cost you pay in real trading. A demo without a spread tends to be easier than the real market, so PipiFX counts this cost in your results. In return, you practice entry and exit decisions under conditions close to the real thing. ■ Short lessons with quizzes There are 8 chapters and 40-plus lessons, each with a quiz. Read a short lesson, then answer the quiz to check what you took in. The lessons run from "What is FX?" through order types, spreads and leverage, stop-losses and margin levels. Reading candlesticks, chart analysis such as moving averages and RSI, and reading indicators such as jobs reports and interest rates are lesson topics too. Release dates are on the economic calendar. Trading psychology is covered too: what drives averaging down and revenge trading, how the urge to avoid a loss affects decisions, and how nerves differ between demo and live trading. Other lessons cover handling tips from social media and streams, keeping a trading journal, and writing your own rules. More are planned. ■ Look back at your results You can look back at your trades through win rate, equity curve, and daily P&L. Trends by time of day and currency pair are there too, a clue to habits such as "my results drop only at night". ■ Missions, seasons, and ranking rounds Daily missions give you a small target for the day. Every 3 months or so a new season starts and virtual funds return to ¥1,000,000; your level, titles, and badges stay with you into the next season. If you trade, you are automatically in the two-week ranking rounds, with a friends-only leaderboard on the same screen. ■ When you start thinking about real trading You can line up registered Japanese FX brokers on the same criteria: minimum trade size, account-opening speed, and a rough figure for the money needed for the smallest trade.
