Define your goal in UF (Unidades de Fomento, a Chilean inflation-indexed unit of account), track your savings month by month, and find out when you'll reach your goal at your current rate. Simulate your monthly payment and required income, compare benchmark bank rates, and see which subsidies you might be eligible for. • Down payment goal: Enter the property value in UF and your desired down payment percentage, and we'll tell you how much you need to save, including purchase expenses. • Savings with monthly check-in: Each month, you record how much you've saved, and your progress and estimated date are calculated based on your actual savings. • Loans and comparison tool: Simulate your monthly payment and required income, and compare benchmark bank rates. • Subsidies and FOGAES (Chilean government housing loan program): Based on your situation, discover which government housing benefits you might be eligible for. • Multiple plans: Compare different properties side-by-side.
