One glance gives you graphical view of everything pending from previous inspections and whether Violation, Architectural Application or Work Order/Project for each property and Common Area/Asset on the street. -One tap on a pending record puts All information you need for follow-up action decisions at your fingertip: date originally opened, photo, description, corrective action (Violations only), follow-up action required, full inspection history and comments, applicable CC&R Rule text. -Automated re-inspection date/time stamp. -Easily add new inspection information. -All new information added and actions taken in the pending record are automatically inserted into the database and flagged to next action due and date due per site-specific and category-specific automated processing flows. - Violation, Architectural Application and Work Order/Project record communications (Violation notifications are bulk processed) are sent via email or postal and automatically handled per each owners preference. Actual copy of communication, including any individual edits to template communications, are automatically AutoSaved and linked to each property activity record for easy instant electronic retrieval. Super Easy To Create New Inspection Records -To create new records at a location just tap ‘New’. All location and owner contact or asset information is automatically inserted. -iPhone photos automatically and instantly insert directly into the inspection record, with photo sizing handled automatically no matter whether snapped as landscape or portrait. -For Violations, Category selection automatically loads site-specific Violation Description, Corrective Action Required, Rule reference and text, Fine amount, site-specific applicable notification sequence and schedule.
