Sometime on the first night of December, someone moves in with you. He's small, he's quick, and he's in no hurry to reveal himself. Fritzi comes from the snowy forests of the far north. No one sends him. Elves choose their own families, and once they've decided, they stay all winter. From December 1st to the 24th, he leaves traces. At night, when everyone is asleep. Something that wasn't there before. Something that's shifted. A shadow that just barely disappears around the corner. In the morning, the first thing your child does is run to the elf door and check. And that's the whole magic: It's your room. Your door. Your rug. Not some video from the internet showing a stranger's living room. 24 NIGHTS, ONE STORY Fritzi's Winter follows a script, not a random plan. 6 letters that address your child by name. 5 audio play nights where Fritzi tells the story himself and you simply listen, plus his bedtime story to take home. And 5 silent nights where nothing happens. The silent nights are intentional. A elf who delivers every single night is an automaton. One who sometimes stays away is alive. For the same reason, Fritzi never fully reveals himself. You can no longer trust an elf you see completely. YOU SEE EVERYTHING FIRST No moment reaches your child unchecked. You are presented with each moment, you look at it, and you approve it. Only then does the morning begin. The parent area is behind your own number, with optional fingerprint access. Children's eyes stay out. A SMALL DOOR, THAT'S ALL YOU NEED A real elf door in your home. It gives Fritzi his size, and your child checks it in the morning. Standard doors are 10 to 20 cm high; almost any will fit. Fritzi brings his own camera. No setup required, no accessories to buy. YOUR PHOTOS, EXPLAINED HONESTLY The moments are created from your room photos. They are sent to our server and from there to our service provider, fal.ai, in the USA for processing. They only process them on our behalf; they haven't agreed to prohibit them from using them to train models. Beforehand, your phone deletes the location and device data (EXIF) from each image. People stay out: You review each photo yourself before it's sent out. We delete close-ups and the gift photo three days after uploading, and the room photo three days after the last night. You can revoke your consent at any time. IN THE END, IT'S YOURS By January 31st, you can download your collection of memories: the shared moments, Fritzi's letters, the winter book, and the audio plays, as files in your Downloads folder. After that, Fritzi will clean up, as promised. A winter. A little elf. And a child who runs to the door first thing in the morning.
