Tell us your goal - lose, maintain, or gain - and we build your personal nutrition targets, then cook and deliver meals matched to them, six days a week. HOW IT WORKS 1. Take the 2-minute quiz - goal, body stats, activity level, diet style and allergies. 2. Get your personal calorie and macro targets. 3. Choose a plan that fits your week - meals per day and days per week, with 1, 3 and 6-month terms. 4. Pick your meals from the weekly menu, or let us choose for you. 5. We cook fresh and deliver to your door, Saturday to Thursday. MADE FOR YOUR GOAL Every dish on our menu comes in three versions - lose, maintain and gain - each portioned with its own macros. Two people can order the same meal and each gets the version that matches their goal.
