Store description excerpt

Received a letter about a driving offence? This app tracks each deadline and reminds you before it passes - even when the app is closed. It is made by Frank Rogers Law, a solicitors' practice that does nothing but motoring law (SRA number 800795). There is no account, nothing is sent anywhere, and it all works with no signal. YOUR CASE, AND THE KEY DATES Put in the letter you have been sent and the app works out every deadline on it, counts them down in plain English, and reminds you a week, three days and one day before each one, and on the morning itself. You have 28 days to tell the police who was driving, and failing to respond is a separate offence carrying six points - so being warned is the whole point. Prefer to photograph the letter? Your phone reads the dates from it for you. The picture never leaves the phone. YOUR LICENCE POINTS Know your total but not the details? Just type the number you have. Or add each set and see when it stops counting towards a ban, and the different date it comes off your record where insurers can still see it. It warns you as you get close to twelve, explains exceptional hardship in plain words, and knows the rule that catches new drivers out - six points in your first two years and the licence is cancelled. TWO CALCULATORS BUILT ON THE REAL GUIDELINES - Speeding: pick the limit and type the speed on your notice. You get the band the law puts that speed in and what the law provides at that level. The app does not tell you what your own fine or your own points will be - that is for a court to decide, on things only a solicitor can put to it for you. - Drink driving: type your breath, blood or urine reading and see how long off the road, what the court starts from, whether prison is in range, and what the rehabilitation course could take off your ban. IT ALL GOES IN ONE PLACE Keep any answer against the letter it belongs to, and the app builds one clear summary of your case - the letter, the dates, and what you worked out. Read it, save it as a document, or share it with whoever you choose. Nothing goes anywhere unless you send it yourself. 18 PLAIN ENGLISH OFFENCE GUIDES Speeding, drink driving, drug driving, careless and dangerous driving, using a phone at the wheel, driving while disqualified, no insurance, failing to stop, failing to provide a specimen, being in charge while over the limit, and causing death by careless or dangerous driving. What the offence actually is, what follows, and the defences that can apply. PRIVATE, BECAUSE IT IS AN APP Everything stays on your phone. No account, no sign-in, no adverts, nothing that follows you around. You can lock it with Face ID, and you can delete everything in two taps. TALK TO A SOLICITOR One tap to call or message on WhatsApp. Frank Rogers Law offers a free 30 minute consultation by phone or video, fixed fees for detailed written advice, and representation in magistrates' courts across England and Wales.
