If you don’t know where to find the information, reach out to helpdesk@fortispay.com for assistance. • Username/email • Password • Gateway domain • Contact Fortis at technicalsupport@fortispay.com for help ordering your IDTech VP3300 device and/or obtain setup instructions • Use the Fortis encrypted IDTech VP3300 card reader to accept payments- swipe (magstripe), dip (EMV chip), or tap (contactless) (Apple Pay and Google Pay) and chip (EMV) payments.
