FormulaCard is a fast, private client formula record built for independent hair colorists and stylists. Keep every client’s color history in one place, so you can quickly see what you used last time, start from the previous formula, and record exactly what changed. FAST FORMULA RECORDS Save free-form color formulas or add optional structured details for roots, mids, ends, and all-over color. Record shades, developer, ratios, processing time, price, results, and notes for next time. START WITH THE LAST FORMULA Begin a new visit using the client’s previous formula as a starting point. FormulaCard keeps the previous version and shows the changes made during the new visit. BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS Keep before-and-after photos together with the formula and service history, instead of searching through your camera roll. SCAN OLD FORMULA CARDS Turn paper formula cards into searchable digital records using on-device text recognition. Review and correct the recognized text before saving it. CLIENT HISTORY See each client’s visits in chronological history and search across client names, formulas, shades, brands, and notes. PRIVATE BY DESIGN FormulaCard does not require an account and does not use a developer server. Client records, formulas, and photos stay on your iPhone unless you choose to export them. Optional App Lock uses Face ID or device authentication to help protect client records. BACKUP & EXPORT Create complete FormulaCard backups, export your client book as CSV, or create a PDF client record when needed. No account. No subscription. No ads.
