PLAN WITH ANONYMOUS ROLES Create an event with an opaque code, then add groups using role tokens such as Couple, Parents A, Parents B, Siblings, Grandparents and Attendants. The workflow avoids guest names, contacts, personal photos and venue locations. It gives the photographer enough structure to coordinate people without turning a practical shot list into a personal directory. PRIORITIZE THE WORK Set a priority band and target minutes for each formal group. The run card keeps higher-priority groups ahead while showing the expected time for each combination. Review the plan to catch a missing role, an unrealistic target or a duplicate before the live session begins. CREATE A REPEATABLE LOW-MOVEMENT ORDER Generate a deterministic sequence that reduces role changes between adjacent groups. For compact priority bands, the app evaluates the exact possibilities. For larger bands, it uses a stable nearest-neighbor sequence and strict-improvement refinements. The same event data produces the same suggestion. A visible transition score reflects which anonymous roles enter or leave between groups. KEEP PROFESSIONAL CONTROL The suggestion remains editable. Compare each handoff and drag any group into the position that fits the venue, lighting or family dynamic. Regenerate when the inputs change, or preserve a manual order when the photographer's judgment should lead. CALL EACH GROUP LIVE The focused live card keeps the current group prominent, shows the next group and summarizes the anonymous role changes needed for the handoff. Mark a group complete, undo an accidental completion and continue without hunting through paper notes, messages or a spreadsheet. PRINT OR SAVE A CLEAN PDF Preview the document before the event or after the plan changes. The PDF carries the opaque event code, priority-aware order, target minutes, role tokens and group sequence. Save it to the device or print it. Personal guest data is not needed for the document to do its job. REUSE A SUCCESSFUL STRUCTURE Save a useful structure as a template, apply it to a later wedding or portrait session and tailor its roles, priorities and timing. Duplicate a similar group, edit it safely and delete it with a clear confirmation. Event history and templates remain intentionally scrollable as the professional library grows.
