Forma is a workout journal for lifters who take training seriously. No feeds, no fluff — open the app, hit the plate, log your session, get stronger. LOG LIKE A LIFTER Weight, reps, and optional RIR — two taps per set. Mark warmups and drop sets, reorder or swap exercises mid-session, and keep notes on the sets that mattered. A rest timer starts itself after every completed set (and knows drop sets don't rest). BEAT LAST SESSION Forma remembers what you lifted and turns it into targets: last session's numbers pre-filled, a "+1 rep" goal per set, and a weight-increase cue when you've owned the rep range. Progression you can act on mid-set, not analysis homework afterwards. LIVE HEART RATE Start a session on your iPhone and Forma's Apple Watch companion starts a workout on your wrist automatically — live heart rate and calories stream straight into the session screen, and avg/max are saved to every workout. (Requires Apple Watch.) THE LOG Every session on record — sets, volume, duration, notes, and vitals. Estimated 1RM charts per exercise, personal records detected the moment you lift them, streaks and levels that reward showing up. YOUR SPLIT, YOUR RULES Start from curated plans like Push Pull Legs or Upper/Lower, or build your own training blocks day by day. Same-name days, custom exercises, ~550-exercise database. BUILT INTO YOUR IPHONE Live Activity and Dynamic Island timer, Apple Health sync (workouts count toward your rings), iCloud backup, CSV export of everything you've ever logged. Your data stays yours.
