Pick a category, save, done. Each entry takes about 10 seconds. From then on they are logged automatically at the start of each month, so your remaining balance never looks better than it really is. Change the amount only when it actually changes. The Home screen shows your remaining balance and a "per-day guide" in big, clear numbers. Overspend and the card changes color to let you know.
