FoneDig is the official resident app for the Secure Digital Intercom — a platform from RC Soluções Tecnológicas that replaces the traditional intercom with calls to your cell phone, offering privacy and without exposing your phone number. WHO IS THIS APP FOR? This app is intended for residents and users registered with FoneDig. With it, you receive calls from the condominium's intercom on your cell phone, answer visitors with audio and video, and can even use free vehicle protection by license plate. MAIN FEATURES • Intercom on your cell phone — receive calls from visitors and the concierge via push notification, even with the app closed. • Total privacy — the caller does not see your number; communication is done through the FoneDig system. • One-way video — in calls via QR Code, you see who is at the door before answering; the visitor does not see you. • Free vehicle protection — register your car's license plate and receive alerts when someone picks up your vehicle at FoneDig. • Messages and alerts — be notified about situations involving your vehicle or your unit. • History and control — manage calls, preferences, and notifications through the app. HOW IT WORKS 1. Log in with the account created by your condominium or register for free for vehicle protection. 2. Allow notifications to receive calls and alerts in real time. 3. When answering, use audio and, when available, video of the call. 4. Your personal number is never displayed to the caller.
