YOUR DISTRACTIONS NEED A PASS. FocusPass shields the apps you open without thinking. When you genuinely need one, use a timed Pass. When the Pass ends, the app locks again — on its own. No endless willpower. No account. No ads. Just a system for using your phone on purpose. THE MOMENT THAT MATTERS Open a protected app and you meet the shield: PROTECTED, Passes left, two choices. Go Back — a Focus Save, counted as the win it is. Or Use a Pass: say why in one tap (Reply, Post, Check once, Research), pick a length, and the Access Gate scans your Pass. Access opens with a timer, then it relocks and a short Reset Window stops the reopen reflex. TASK ACCESS Need one thing? Task Access opens a Wallet for up to 3 minutes with its own small allowance. It never spends a Pass, and your reason stays in view on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: “REPLY · 04:59”. FOCUS SAVES Every Go Back is counted. The self-control you already have becomes visible — and moves your Momentum and your Sanctuary. DEEP FOCUS IN ONE TAP Shield everything at once for 25, 45, 60 or 90 minutes, from Home, Siri, Apple Watch or a keyboard shortcut. A minimal session screen: the time, your Focus Core, a short intention. FOCUS ZONES Work, Study, Evening, Sleep — a Zone decides when a Wallet is closed, no Pass allowed. Tell FocusPass when you need help most during setup and your first Zone is ready. CONTROL, NOT A CAGE • Essentials: tools you must always reach stay available through every shield • Focus Rescue: up to 3 minutes of Task Access inside Deep Focus, once per session • Adaptive Resistance (optional, Pro): gentle friction on rapid reopens — always announced first • Protection Check: names the exact problem and offers the one repair • Turn Off All Protection always works — never gated by a purchase or a streak SEE WHEN DISTRACTIONS HIT A Pass heatmap shows your access attempts by hour and day, in calm mint, never red. Underneath, one thing worth knowing — “Most of your Passes happen after 9 PM” — with the button that fixes it. Weekly Review, Focus Saves by day, Pass Quality from your own one-tap reflections, and Focus Check, a ~35-second attention challenge you can retest. A playful baseline, never a diagnosis.
