FlyingMonk makes renting a wheelchair straightforward. Browse what is available in your city, see the full price before you book, and have it delivered to your door. BROWSE BEFORE YOU SIGN UP Look through the full catalogue for your city without creating an account. See specifications, photos and real customer reviews, and check daily, weekly and monthly rates. TRANSPARENT PRICING Every quote shows the rental amount, the refundable security deposit, delivery charges and taxes before you pay. No charges appear later that you did not see up front. FLEXIBLE RENTAL PERIODS Choose your own delivery and pickup dates. Plans run from a single day to a full month. If your needs change mid-rental you can extend the period or shorten it from inside the app, and any refund due on a shortened rental is calculated for you. DOORSTEP DELIVERY AND PICKUP Save multiple delivery addresses and choose one at checkout. We deliver to you and collect from you at the end of the rental. TRACK YOUR RENTAL Follow your order from confirmation through dispatch and delivery. Push notifications tell you when the status changes, so you know when to expect delivery and when pickup is due. SUPPORT WHEN SOMETHING IS WRONG If there is a problem with the equipment, raise a service request from your rental and attach photos so the team can see the issue before they arrive. SECURE PAYMENT Pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through our payment partner. Invoices for every order are available in the app. IDENTITY VERIFICATION Because this is rented equipment, we verify identity once before your first order, in line with Indian requirements. You will not be asked again for later rentals. MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT Update your profile and addresses, read and write reviews, and delete your account and its data from inside the app whenever you choose.
