Set a goal such as drinking three glasses of water or brushing three times, then add an optional reminder for each repetition. Choose active days, a start date, color, icon and note. ROUTINES, ONE STEP AT A TIME Turn a morning reset, evening wind-down or any repeated process into a checklist of ordered steps. Start from its reminder and move through the routine without losing your place. For timed routines, an optional Live Activity can show the current step on system surfaces and offer a simple Next action.
