Fluenta is the official app of the FLUENTAVOX foreign language school from Slavonski Brod. It allows students to quickly and easily book lessons with their teachers, track their schedule, and manage tokens — all from one place, anytime, anywhere. 🗓 BOOKING CLASSES IN A FEW CLICKS Browse the calendar of available classes, filter by language or teacher, and choose a free slot that suits you. Booking is instant — no waiting for confirmation and no phone calls. 🎟 TOKEN SYSTEM — INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP CLASSES Fluenta uses a simple token system. Buy a package that suits you and spend them as needed: • Individual tokens — for one-on-one lessons with a selected teacher • Group tokens — for group instruction and tutoring sessions Tokens never expire while your account is active. 💳 SECURE ONLINE PURCHASE You purchase token packages directly in the app, with payment processed through the secure Stripe processor. Supported: • Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) • Apple Pay • Google Pay • Revolut Pay We do NOT store your card details — everything is processed by Stripe according to the highest security standards. 🔔 PRE-CLASS REMINDERS The app automatically notifies you with a push notification before the upcoming class, so you never miss an appointment. The notification contains the time and the teacher's name. 📋 VIEW AND MANAGE BOOKINGS You can track all your booked classes in the "My Bookings" section. Need to cancel? Cancellation is possible — the token is returned to your account automatically, according to school rules. 👨👩👧 FOR PARENTS AND YOUNGER STUDENTS Parents of children under 16 years of age can open and use an account in their own name and book classes for their child, in accordance with the laws on the protection of minors and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 🔐 PRIVACY AND SECURITY Your data is protected: • Encrypted data transfer (HTTPS/TLS) • Storage in Google Firebase infrastructure • Instant account deletion within the application • Full GDPR compliance Privacy policy is available within the application and on our website. ✨ FOR FLUENTAVOX SCHOOL STUDENTS The application is a closed system for existing FLUENTAVOX school students.
