Flow Ledger Pro puts the parts of your accounting and ERP workspace that will not wait for a desk into your pocket. It is the companion app to the Flow Ledger Pro web app, the multi-tenant accounting and ERP platform your business already runs on. Sign in with the same account, pick a business, and you are looking at live figures — not a copy, not a cached export. Every posting rule and permission check stays on the server, so what you do on your phone is exactly what your books record. WHAT YOU CAN DO Decide approvals from anywhere See what is waiting on you, read the request and its attachments, and approve or reject with a note. Raise a new approval request with supporting files straight from your phone. Know your cash position The dashboard opens on your live cash position across bank and cash accounts, followed by revenue, expenses, receivables and payables for the period you choose. Bank balance alerts, nominal balances and your recent documents sit below it. Sell in the field Build a quotation, convert it to a sales order, convert that to an invoice, and record the receipt when your customer pays — the full chain, with the same numbering and posting rules as the web app. Look after your customers Search, browse and open any customer. Create and edit records, and activate or deactivate them without leaving the job site. Receive and adjust stock Receive goods against a purchase order at the loading bay. Create, confirm and void stock adjustments. Manage your products and product categories, with on-hand quantities visible in the list. Keep procurement moving Review suppliers, purchase orders, supplier bills and supplier payments, and add or update supplier records as you go. Read the numbers that matter Run the Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and General Ledger straight from your phone. Your report list is filtered by what your role is allowed to see. Close out your work Browse projects and sub-projects, filter tasks down to the ones assigned to you, and update status and due dates as jobs finish. Administer the business The settings hub mirrors the web app section for section: business information, users, roles, taxes and year end, lock date, journals, chart of accounts, dashboard setup, and email and print templates. BUILT THE WAY YOUR BUSINESS WORKS Multiple businesses, one login. Switch between the businesses you belong to at any time. Everything on screen belongs to the business you have active — the app refetches on every switch, so two tenants never share a screen. Your role decides your app. Roles and permissions come from the server, per business. If your role cannot see supplier payments, the app does not show you supplier payments. The same user can hold different roles in different businesses, and the app reflects that the moment you switch. Your data stays where it belongs.
