It eliminates the need for paper ledgers. Every customer has a file, every debt is recorded, every payment is calculated, and everything is at your fingertips with the touch of a button on your phone. ■ Your customers in one organized file Register each customer with their name, photo (taken from your camera), and phone number. You can see who owes you money and who owes you money, all in one place. No need to sift through ledgers looking for names, or ask your child to decipher your handwriting from a year ago. ■ Record your debts accurately and don't forget a single penny. For each debt, enter the amount, date, and expected payment due date. The app automatically calculates the remaining balance after each payment, preventing any calculation errors. Even if a customer pays half the debt, Malooli knows the remaining amount without you having to do the math. ■ View your debts by age. Malooli automatically categorizes your debts into four groups: new (less than 30 days), overdue (30-45 days), doubtful (more than 45 days), and bad debts. This helps you identify customers you need to follow up with quickly, those who can postpone payment for a week, and those you need to support more seriously. ■ How much have you collected this month? The app displays your total savings for the current month clearly and directly. No need for a calculator, paper, or spending an hour adding up at the end of the month. The number is always visible. ■ Your shop expenses are calculated after the fact. Record your shop expenses: rent, electricity, merchandise, employee wages, anything you pay out of your own pocket. You can see your true net income effortlessly and know if you made a profit or a loss this month. ■ Automatic reminders. Set a reminder time for each debt, and the app will send you a notification on your mobile phone at that time without you needing to open the app or remember. You won't forget a single customer, appointment, or penny. ■ Automatic WhatsApp message sent to the customer. When you register a new debt, "My Money" can send a WhatsApp message to the customer from your own number—not from a strange number that might scare them or cause them to keep asking about it. The message comes with your shop's name, contains the debt details and amount, and reminds the customer without embarrassing them or having to say "Okay, no problem" over the phone. ■ PDF Statement for Any Customer Print a complete statement for any customer in PDF format, showing all debts, payments, and remaining balances, organized by date. You can send it via WhatsApp
