Floeva uses your personal baseline, recent Flow, and health trends to organize changes that may be worth noticing. Everyday language keeps the information clear while leaving room for context. Keep Movement in the Bigger Picture Bring steps, active energy, and workouts together, so everyday movement and intentional exercise can be viewed as part of your wider rhythm. Works with Apple Health On iOS, Floeva can sync supported sleep, heart rate, and workout data with Apple Health when you choose to allow it.
