Flex Mobile is the official sales and field service application integrated with the Flex Trade back office. Developed for sales teams and representatives, it allows you to create and track orders, service orders, and order slips directly from your mobile phone, with automatic synchronization with the company's system. MAIN FEATURES • Orders: create sales orders with product, price, and commercial terms information, and send them directly to the back office. • Service Orders: open, track, and finalize service orders in the field, with a complete status history. • Order Slips: control order slips simply and quickly, ideal for counter operations or in-person service. • Customer Registration: consult and register customers with complete data (company name, CNPJ/CPF, address, contacts, and commercial terms), all synchronized with Flex Trade. • PDF Reports: generate and share order and service slip receipts in PDF format via email, WhatsApp, or other apps. • Integrated support: Chat directly with the support team within the app, sending photos and files when necessary. (Functionality under development) • Works with a local database, allowing you to consult already synchronized information even with an unstable connection, synchronizing the data as soon as the internet is available. (Order module only) HOW TO USE Flex Mobile is a corporate application: to use it, you need a user registered by the company contracting Flex Trade and the connection data to the back-office server, provided by the system administrator.
