Flatix Rent& Go ;For those who wants to have a “specific follow up” of their property for a healthy and low risk rental income Flatix Monitor; For those who wants to receive regular reports for their investment Features; Online Account; Flatix gives you a username and password so you are able to login into your account and see every detail on your property such as Accounts, Tenants, Requests, Files, Taxes, Payment Performances and many more that we cannot list is all here Finding a tenant; Flatix is subscriber of the biggest three Real Estate advertisement websites which are Sahibinden.com, Hurriyet.com and Milliyet.com, Flatix gives advertisement through these websites and also Flatix works with the best brokers around the property Collecting the rent; Flatix collects the rents and registers the receipts at your online account so that you know when your tenants paid the rent. If the tenant delays in rent payment Flatix sends an e-mail and SMS. If the delay exceeds 15 days Flatix sends notification through notary public. If the delay exceeds 30 days Flatix sends payment order through court of execution. Flatix does not ask for any extra service charge for all these follow up and the legal costs incurred during these procedures are paid by Flatix member. Paying the property tax; Property taxes are paid to the related municipality on 5th and 11th of the month each year Paying the income tax; Income taxes are calculated for every completed year and public accountants are making calculation and filling the declaration form for 500 TL for each property. Standing as the main point of contact for the tenant; As usual, in all kinds of properties there are many kinds of problems happen and usually tenant calls the owner. Flatix on behalf of you, receives these calls and helps the tenants to overcome the problems such as; water leakage, electronic devices etc. Bills Payment; Flatix arrange the payments of the bills for your property such as Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet, IPTV etc. Maintenance Fee Payment; Flatix gets the account statement from the site managements and we arrange the payment of it after we check that the amounts ar
