Store description excerpt

Flap gives you one workout a day. That's the whole app. No plan to build. No library to browse. No decision to make at the end of a long day, when deciding is the thing most likely to stop you. Tell it what you've got - nothing, a pair of dumbbells, or a full gym - and how long you've got. It gives you today's workout. Do it or don't. HOW IT WORKS Open the app and today's workout is already there: a short circuit of movements with clear instructions, sized to the time you said you had. Start it and the app walks you through it one movement at a time, timing the ones measured in seconds and the rest between them, so you can put the phone down. Not feeling it? Ask for a different one. Already done it your own way? Say so. WHAT'S IN IT • One workout a day, generated from your equipment, your time, and anything you need to avoid • 36 movements, each with step-by-step instructions, the mistake to watch for, and an easier version • A timer that runs itself, including rest, so you are not counting seconds • An Apple Watch app that runs the whole workout on your wrist, with or without your phone • A record of the days you moved, and a Home Screen widget that shows whether today is done • Optional: one reminder a day at a time you choose, and finished workouts saved to Health WHAT ISN'T IN IT No accounts. No sign-in. No ads. No subscription. Nothing about days you missed. There is a tip jar in settings, if you want one. It unlocks nothing - there is nothing to unlock. Everything stays on your phone.
