Fixi tells you what's wrong with your appliance before that call. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the appliance, indicate the brand, and briefly describe the problem. 2. The video diagnosis starts: point the camera at the appliance. 3. The assistant guides you step by step, reads the error codes, recognizes the components, and guides you through the correct checks, one at a time. 4. Finally, you receive a written report, which you can download as a PDF or have emailed to you. WHAT'S IN THE REPORT? • The diagnosis: what's wrong and how certain it is. • If you can fix it yourself, instructions on how to do it. • The spare part, with the code when identifiable. • An estimate of how much a technician's visit should cost. You can show the report to the technician: arriving knowing what the fault is and how much it should cost changes the conversation. WHEN FIXI TELLS YOU TO STOP Not everything can be fixed on your own, and Fixi tells you this clearly instead of wasting your time. For gas appliances, air conditioner refrigerant circuits, and any situation involving electrical risks, it stops you and directs you to a qualified technician. Before each check, remind you to turn off the power and, where necessary, turn off the water or gas. We'd rather tell you "don't touch this" than put you at risk. CAN'T DO IT ON YOUR OWN? From the report, you can send the request to technicians in your area with a single tap. They already receive the diagnosis, so they know what to look for before they even arrive.
