Fitness Hub East London is more than just a Boutique gym, we are a community, we are a family! Here at FHEL we pride ourselves in making everyone feel unique and part of the family from the moment you walk through the doors, till the moment you leave. We are serving the local community in offering a range of fun and diverse classes, from Yoga, Pilates, Group Cycle through to Dancing in Heels, Dancing, Boxing, Kickboxing, Children's classes, Pre and Postnatal Mothers classes plus much more. We also offer Personal Training and workshops. There is Physiotherapy and massage available too, so all this and more is all under one roof. We are currently working on and soon will be offering you smoothies and speciality coffee for the complete fitness & wellness experience. Here at the Hub, you are not tied up to any contracts as we believe that everybody lives different lives and once you try our classes, you will want to come back and become part of the growing familia!
