Store description excerpt

Log your training without fighting your phone between sets. FitGrind is built for lifting: finish the set, tick it, move on. Your working weight carries over from last session — you only touch the number when you actually progress. WHAT IT DOES • Live workouts: sets × reps × weight, one-tap set completion, rest timer • Quick Mode: tick off whole exercises without touching individual sets • Apple Watch remote: complete sets from your wrist, edit reps and weight, swipe between exercises • Live Activity: your workout card and rest countdown on the lock screen • Personal records: max weight, estimated 1RM and rep PRs, calculated automatically • Progress charts: a weight curve per exercise, weekly muscle-group distribution • Templates: build your own routine or start from ready programs; after a workout the template offers to update itself • Calendar and streaks: set a weekly goal and keep the streak alive • Cardio: runs, rides and walks with duration, distance and pace • Automatic Apple Health import: finish a run on your watch and it arrives without opening the app, route on a map • 120+ exercise library, plus your own custom exercises FREE No ads, no subscription, nothing locked. You don't even need an account — open the app and start logging. Sign in with Apple optionally, so your data survives a new phone. Health data is read only with your permission, never written to, and never used for advertising. You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app at any time.
