FitBot is designed to automatically handle product inquiries, inventory checks, and order placement from retailers, allowing wholesalers to focus solely on verification and final decision-making. FitBot's smart and fast response to inquiries and orders reduces repetitive tasks for wholesalers and minimizes waiting times for retailers, enabling faster and more accurate responses. ────────────────────── Main Features for Wholesalers ─────────────────────── ■ Automatic Response to Product Inquiries/Orders During business hours, when a retailer sends a message, the system initiates an automatic response. It automatically handles product information, stock availability, unit price, material, and size guidance, and guides the conversation to place an order. At closing time, it switches to an automatic response to indicate "Currently closing." You can monitor the chat flow and turn off the automatic response mode and switch to manual response mode when necessary. ■ Excel-Based Product Data Management Product data registered based on Excel files containing product code, product name, color, size, stock quantity, and unit price information is utilized by the app for automatic responses to retailer inquiries and orders. Depending on the product status, the system can quickly mark items as out of stock or switch to a manual response. ■ Real-time Automatic Inventory Deduction Once a retailer confirms an order and payment is verified, the inventory by color and size is automatically deducted from the master data, allowing the app to continue serving the retailer with the latest stock levels. If the inventory falls below a pre-set threshold in the app, a warning appears on the dashboard, enabling real-time monitoring and response to out-of-stock situations. ■ Bulk Order and Settlement Management View order status by retailer on a single screen. You can check the order confirmation, payment verification, and shipping processing stages at a glance within the app, and status notifications are automatically sent to retailers whenever a stage changes. If there are pending orders, they are displayed as a separate badge in the app's chat window. ■ Shipping Status Management The list of processed shipments is displayed on the dashboard to prevent omissions. If you enter the courier and tracking number for orders to be shipped, a shipping notification message is automatically sent to the retailer.
