Fitback is an app with training programs for any purpose. All programs are created by a certified trainer based on scientific recommendations. Training just a 2-3 times a week at home or in the gym, you can quickly and safely bring your body into shape, lose weight or build muscle. Exercise videos help you to do the exercises correctly. The app contains workouts for abs, buttocks, legs, chest and arms.
