Fit Timer is a no-nonsense interval and circuit timer for building your own workout lineups — timed exercises, rep-based sets, or a mix of both, run back to back exactly the way you train. BUILD YOUR LINEUP Add exercises measured by time (e.g. 45 seconds of push-ups) or by reps (e.g. 20 squats), set how many rounds each one repeats, and reorder freely. Every step shows a live running total so you always know how long the full circuit takes. TIME-BASED OR REP-BASED Not every exercise fits a stopwatch. Rep-based sets count up toward your goal and, when time's up, pause and wait for you to confirm you finished — or turn that off per exercise and let the lineup roll straight through. STAY IN THE MOMENT A short "get ready" countdown leads into each circuit. Calm, low-key audio and haptic cues mark the final three seconds of a set (or the final three reps) and each transition between exercises, so you can keep your eyes off the screen. Pause, resume, or skip ahead anytime, and see what's next before you get there. SAVE AS MANY LINEUPS AS YOU WANT Keep separate lineups for leg day, a quick core finisher, or a full-body circuit — name them, duplicate one to tweak for next time, and jump straight to Start. SHARE A WORKOUT Send any lineup as a link. Whoever opens it can add it straight to their own saved lineups — no account, no sign-in, nothing to configure. No accounts. No ads. No tracking. Your lineups live on your device; sharing is the only thing that ever leaves it, and only when you tap Share.
