You will gain access to personalised 1:1 coaching with your coach Billie Faye. After having your first consultation with your coach Billie Faye, you will have access to the app which will contain your personalised plan and many more fun things. In addition to your personalised 1:1 coaching, you will also have access to much more within the app. Personalised workouts (choose is you want a home or gym plan). Step by step videos of me going through the exercise with subtitles. Showing you how to build lean muscle and build confidence. You will also have your personalised calories and macros with daily meals to fit your macros along with many recipes. You get options of gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, pescatarian, and normal. You can choose the foods you don’t like and you’ll never receive a meal with that AND you can swap meals. For further learning ressources, you will have access to full nutrition ebooks, pre and post natal ebook, female health section covering hormones, digestions, PCOS, and more. Educational videos in the gym, about training, nutritional videos. The FBB app was created to help all women feel stronger, fitter, more confident and the best version of yourself!
