FisioPostura is the app for patients at Diana Perino's practice in Teramo. It features the exercise program she assigned you: the movements, how many times, how long, and how much rest to rest between each one. And a reminder at the right time. AN INVITATION IS REQUIRED There's no registration. You access with the code your physical therapist gives you: if you don't have it, ask her for it. WHAT YOU DO WITH IT • See what you have to do today and start with two taps. • Do one exercise at a time: the explanation, the image or video, the time counting down, and the rest between each repetition. • I'll let you know when it's time. The reminder simply says it's time to train, nothing else. • Track how you feel, day by day, and see how it's gone over time. • Review the workouts you've already done. IT WORKS EVEN WITHOUT A LINE The exercises stay on your phone: you can train in the basement, at the gym, or in the countryside. Everything you do is recorded and sent to your physical therapist as soon as you have a connection again. MADE TO BE READ FROM AWAY Large text, large buttons, and at the bottom, where your thumb can reach. It follows the enlarged font size you've set on your phone. Unlock with your fingerprint or face, if your phone allows it. YOUR DATA What you write here concerns your health: only you and your physical therapist can see it. No advertising, no statistics, no transfer to third parties. The privacy policy is within the app and at fisiopostura.net/privacy. The app accompanies the process you follow with your physical therapist: it doesn't replace their judgment or a visit.
