Fisio is designed for golf instructors and their students. With Fisio, students train between lessons, so they make extra progress versus lessons alone. Instructors guide each student’s training by selecting the right training focus, based on the instructor’s diagnosis of the student’s swing. The Fisio app delivers 10-15 minute training sessions of movement drills that can be done at home with just a golf club and mirror. In each session, students get correct reps of the common movements used by great ball strikers. Over time, Fisio users ingrain a muscle memory foundation upon which their instructor helps them build their unique swing.
