The Fishlike app is home to all of Fishlike’s virtual swim contents.. It includes video classes on all four strokes (freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly), plus open water and beginners’ learn-to-swim programs. The app also contains downloadable materials and resources for students and coaches to refer to and learn from. At Fishlike, we share content with an emphasis on efficient and effortless swimming, and our aim is to get students to master a confident and relaxed technique for every stroke and water experience. Over the years, we have adapted TI theory and expanded it to all four strokes and to students of different age groups, needs and goals. Each video contents in the Fishlike app breaks the relevant stroke technique down into easily digestible and understandable segments. There are drills, theory and practice exercises to learn and master every part of a stroke, as well as focal point-based plans to help students properly integrate new learning. The Fishlike app is an ideal virtual companion for those who want to learn to swim with ease, relaxation and confidence, in a way that will serve them for a lifetime.
