This tool has been developed exclusively for FCV medical and support staff to streamline, secure, and digitize the process of obtaining informed consent and dissent signatures within our institution. Main Features: Quick Search: Search and view the specific consent or dissent documents for each procedure or patient. Reading and Verification: Clear interface for detailed reading of medical terms by both the healthcare professional and the patient. Digital Signature of Staff: Authorized medical personnel can sign documents directly from the device, validating their professional responsibility. Patient and Representative Signature: Allow the patient or their legal representative to sign and authorize procedures directly on the device screen securely and legally. Secure Storage: Immediate synchronization with FCV internal systems, guaranteeing the integrity and availability of medical records. Access Requirements: IMPORTANT: This application is strictly for internal and institutional use. It is not intended for the general public or for patients to use on personal devices. To access, you must have active FCV user credentials.
